DATA RETENTION TIME
The personal data entered when you are requesting a quote is retained and can be accessed by the operating departments only for the time required to issue the quote and the commercial follow-up on the latter. Data from a prospect that does respond to any of our contact attempts for 3 years is deleted.
YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW TO EXERCISE THEM
In accordance with Articles 16 to 19 of the “General Data Protection Regulation” (GDPR) effective 25 May 2018, you have the right to rectify and withdraw all your personal data. Article 20 of the GDPR commonly referred to as the "portability right", gives you the right to retrieve your personal information if you wish to transfer it to another organisation. WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA AND TO WHOM IS IT SENT?

We transfer your data to a non-member country of the European Union as long as this country ensures a level of protection equivalent to what you may find in France. In the framework of measuring the audience of our Internet site, we use Google Analytics.
